Slow But Sure Progress

When you embark on a lifestyle change, it's never easy.

You even mourn a little for the old days. That includes your old eating habits.

I'm making slow but sure progress on my weight, it's a simple way to do it, but the point is that when I reach goal, nothing changes. I continue eating just the way I have been for the last few months.

I'm not going for quick results. The crash diet, yeah, you'll lose weight. But then it will return and usually bring a friend with it...

Slow but sure.
