Holding Your Own Isn't All Bad

In the grand scheme of weight loss, holding your own isn't all bad.

Yes, maybe you aren't losing weight as fast as you'd like.

Maybe you're stuck at a plateau and have been there for a good while.

It's not all bad. As long as you aren't gaining weight, you're doing just fine. Stick with the plan and eventually, the pounds will start slipping away again.

Time is not your enemy in the weight loss game. (Ah but calories, yes, empty calories sure are!!)
